An Invitation to Connect with Mother Earth and Family
We're gathering online on Sunday, April 14th, at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. We've set aside this time to honor our connection to Mother Earth and the intricate web of relationships we call family. This gathering is an opportunity for us all to come together, share in the power of breath, and create a space of unity and healing.
The theme, "Mother Earth and Family," is a gentle reminder of the bonds we share with the natural world and each other. Whether you're new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this experience is designed to welcome you into a space of belonging and discovery.
Why This Gathering Is Meaningful:
Dr. Judith Kravitz, the creator of Transformational Breath®, will lead us in a guided breathing meditation to reconnect us with our roots and each other. It's a chance to experience breathing as a community, share stories, ask questions, and deepen our collective understanding of the transformative power of breath. The guided meditation will be followed by a full session.
